The Lille Design for Change challenge

The 2nd edition of the Lille Design for Change competition was launched on 3rd – 5th October in the dynamic French city of Lille.

For the occasion, Lille design and Design for Change organised encounters to bring together experts, students and design players in Métropole Lille Communauté Urbaine and present the main themes for the competition.

Studying at prestigious design schools from around the globe, students were invited to explore themes such as new businesses, abandoned urban areas and access to public services.

The example of the Osmose bus shelter in Paris was used to illustrate a vision of our future cities, which would create social connections through enhanced furniture and services.
